James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain serves up pizza that’s anything but typical using freshly foraged ingredients baked to perfection at 550 degrees in a wood-fired oven. With a gritty branding identity already in place, we proposed a provocative and irreverent approach to the advertising and collateral for the restaurant's launch. To balance out the playful copy, a heavy typographic treatment was applied to the headlines, creating an attention-grabbing in-your-face attitude that demands the kind of attention Five50's food deserves.
